Brand Identity

I redefined Choice Premiums' story with a website & brand overhaul. With Google Analytics & MicroStrategy, I pinpointed where we were losing customers. I deepened these insights through surveys, interviews, & focus groups. While the website was a big component, I also adjusted the product promotional cycle, optimized sales channels, redesigned the e-blast design, defined new content pillars, & created promotional videos.

Media & PR

As the Communications Director for Lost ​Keys, I managed the promotions & media ​for this nonprofit initiative. I used my ​journalism background & public relations ​experience to garner media attention for ​crowdsourcing campaigns, fundraisers, ​events, & our annual literary festival, ​which featured Southern writers across ​genres. Our positive press also helped ​secure funding from organizations such ​as NewTown & the Knight Foundation.

Similar to the Yeti for a fraction of the price, the Lineman Tumbler became ​Choice Concepts’ first signature product. I guided its lifecycle, from ​development to positioning and pricing, and built a content strategy ​presenting the tumbler as resilient and essential as the lineworkers it ​represents. The tumblers increased annual sales by 23% within the first year.

As an Ambassador for the Macon Chamber of ​Commerce, I had the opportunity to meet the ​owner of a new venue, Triangle Arts Macon. ​His third iteration, Ric Geyer needed to make a ​splash in a new market. Enter the Graffiti Ball ​2.0. This interactive event gave attendees the ​chance to be a graffiti artist, showcasing the ​spacious venue. I planned & promoted this ​event, with tasks ranging from hiring talent to ​securing TV spots. I also designed the "Just ​Imagine" postcard for the event. 200+ ​attendees came to the ball, despite the rain.

Training

I have created & presented training workshops for ​both personal & business branding. Most notably ​"Branding For Artists", which empowered creatives ​to build profitable brands.

Content Creation

I have designed & written content ​for nonprofits & B2B companies. ​Content includes: ad scripts, ​billboard designs, blogs, brochures, ​case studies, e-books, email ​campaigns, grants, press releases, ​proposals, social media posts, ​videos, & whitepapers.
